Twin Pine Motel - Tipton

The rooms are updated and fairly quiet, and are complete with a full bed as well as Internet;)))

The staff was helpful and excellent and helped to make our stay a very comfortable experience. The room we had included a dining area, a seating area and a writing desk. Walk-in showers in the private bathroom was a plus. The check-in was quick and the atmosphere was quiet overall.

the area around the motel is packed with attractions like the maclay home just about a 15-minute walk away, which makes it super convenient for weekend exploring.

The beautiful decor in my room, combined with its easy access from the main street, made it simple for me to come and go. The staff were attentive and ensured everything was clean.

Outdated furnishings could use an upgrade.

Suitable budget option for solo stays

Clean room with a nice touch, they offered a fridge and microwave, so I could keep my food and drinks cold. The hot water was more than adequate, a relief after a long day.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but was still acceptable for what I needed.

The area was nice, and I loved relaxing by the outdoor fire pit and using the BBQ facilities. The only downside was the bathroom could use a little update, but honestly, the cleanliness and value really made up for it 😊

We did experience a maintenance issue with the heat not being turned on in our room, a bit chilly at first.

Exceeded all expectations. value. - the location was cute and convenient, really close to outlet mall, Lake of the Ozarks, and Tipton, Missouri. - I was able to reach Maclay Home at a medium distance from the hotel.
